ROASTING
We pride ourselves on our roasting process. This meticulous process involves creating roasting profiles that represent the unique flavor notes that you SHOULD experience with each cup, and we use these profiles to ensure a consistently roasted coffee (single origin or blend) every time. Most of our coffees are roasted “medium to medium-dark.” Although there are ways to objectify how “light or dark” a coffee is roasted, this is often a discussion/opinion that is subjective amongst roasters and coffee connoisseurs alike. Our mission is simple…to provide you a coffee roasted to showcase the very essence of its intended flavor. Every. Single. Time. For our wholesale partners, we can customize and profile a coffee roast that best represents the coffees/flavor profile you want to offer your retail customers. Let’s get creative!
FRESHNESS
We are a bit “particular” about fresh roasted AND fresh ground coffee…actually, we insist on it and roast our coffees “on-demand” (when ordered, not beforehand), and we HIGHLY recommend you buy it WHOLE BEAN so that you too can enjoy our amazing coffees as fresh as possible, grinding “on-demand” each time you make a cup of coffee. But if you haven’t quite made it to the “whole beans only” club in your coffee drinking experience, we do offer one grind consistency for automatic drip brewing. For all the other coffee grinding options, we feel like you should make that call and grind your FRESH WHOLE BEAN coffee to your preferred consistency. We’re confident you will agree!
